A Rescue from Loneliness (A Praise)

O God of the Bible:

O Father, Son, and Holy Spirit:

O only true God:

When I was lonely, You sent a friend to talk to me!

In the midst of emptiness, You sent a sister to help me!

Despite all my sins against You, You showed me mercy!

Despite all my forgetfulness of You, You showed me kindness!

What a joy: talking with one who trusts You!

What a delight: conversing with one who loves You!

Your mercy brings me back to You!

Your kindness brings me to repentance!

It foreshadows the joy of Your presence!

It is a foretaste of the happiness of Your house!
