A Christmas Poem

God created all things.

The Creator brought the universe into being.

He created man in His image.

He made mankind in His likeness.

His universe was perfect.

His world was flawless.

But the first man sinned against God.

Adam rebelled against his Creator.

This disobedience ushered in all pains.

This wickedness brought in all natural and moral evils.

Ever since, man has languished under sin's reign.

Up until now, mankind has groaned under death's dominion.

For so long, man's heart was weighed down with the question: "What can be done?!"

For what felt like an eternity, mankind wondered: "Is there any hope?!"

But then, God answered man's question!

But then, God fulfilled man's longing!

He gave His own Son!

He sent His own Son into the world!

He brought Him into this world as a Man!

His Spirit conceived Him in a virgin's womb!

Thus, the Answer to man's need was born!

Thus, the Solution to man's sorrow arrived!

How can this Gift be yours'?

How can your need be met?

Repent, and receive this Gift!

Turn from your own way, and trust in God the Son!
