O Lord Jesus Christ, my Lord:

For too long, I've been idle! I'm tired of my laziness! I want to be useful for You!

Therefore, I cry out to You: put me to work in Your army! Put me in the fight to advance and defend Your Kingdom! Put me in Your discipline, to uproot all my sins out of me and conform me to Your character! Put Your Spirit in me, to bond me with all my fellow soldiers in You! Unite my heart to my comrades so that I'll never leave them behind! Keep me in their company, so they'll forever build me up in You and Your Word! Strengthen me, so I can protect them from the attacks of Satan! Give me victory, so that You will be honored in me!
