A man's heart is a country.
Its ruler is Satan, with Self as the Devil's vice-regent.
Sin is its government, through which Satan and Self reign.
Conversion is its revolution.
Repentance is the overthrow of Satan and Self.
Faith is Jesus resuming His rightful throne.
The conflict between the Spirit and the flesh is the Lord sweeping away the remnants of the old regime.
Christ's Second Coming is the final mop-up.
The eternal state is the golden and utopian age.
