The following idea has been inspired by at least 3 things: 1) flash fiction, 2) the general structure of Wikipedia articles about TV shows, and 3) pitch bibles.

Literary shows are shows that are described in summary, the summary including a synopsis and main-character descriptions. With this information, the reader concocts the show's "episodes" to "watch" by imagining them in his mind. Like a reader can play out a full story in his imagination based on a flash-fiction story, so a reader can play out a literary show's episodes in his imagination based on the show's synopsis and main-character descriptions.

Now that we've learned what literary shows in general are, we need to answer the question: "What are Christian literary shows?" Christian literary shows are literary shows where Christ, in one or more of His characteristics, is embodied in the show's protagonist[s]. To say the same thing in a different way, Christian literary shows are literary shows that glorify Christ (as well as the Father and the Holy Spirit, the other two Persons who are co-eternally and co-equally the one God of the Bible).

Now, why are Christian literary shows important? One of the many ways Satan tries to convince the lost to stay away from Christ and seduce Christians away from Christ is ungodly shows. Unlike ungodly show-makers, many Christians don't have the resources to make TV shows (or even some kinds of web shows). We can write though! So, to build up our brethren in Christ and show the world what Christ is like, let's write some Christian literary shows!

O Father, by faith in Your Son, I humbly ask that Your Spirit will work in Your children to create Christian literary shows, pleasing to You and honoring You!
