An Illustration of God's Glory in Piano-Playing

O God of the Bible,

O Father, Son, and Holy Spirit,

O my God by faith in the Lord Jesus Christ,

You are the Power behind all man's skills.

This can be illustrated thus: a God-fearing young woman wants to serve you, but doesn't know how to. She prays to You that You'll show her a way she can make You known to others. Some time after, she decides to play her family's piano for fun. As she does, she learns how each key communicates a particular sound, how sounds can be arranged together, and how those arrangements can be put together to form songs. She learns all this because You, o Holy Spirit, fill her to give her discernment in these things. With this discernment, she goes on to write 2,964 piano songs extolling God's character. She is taken up into the presence of Christ after a long and fruitful life of 75 years.

Such, o God, is an illustration of Your Power behind man's skills.
