O Lord Jesus Christ:

O my God, Lord, and Savior:

Fill my heart with Your Word, and may my mouth pour forth Your speech!

Make me a Christian thinker, one who thinks Your thoughts!

Make me a Christian speaker, one who speaks Your words!

Make me a Christian teacher, one who teaches Your doctrine!

Make me a Christian preacher, one who proclaims Your Good News!

Make me a Christian scholar, one who communicates Your thoughts on any subject!

O Christ, in all my speech, may I say nothing more and nothing less than Your Word! May all my speech be praise of You!
