A Bible-Based Definition of Friendship

Since God is the Creator (and, therefore, the Infinite Knower) of mankind, He is also the All-Knowing Author of human sociality.

So, if we want to know the true nature of friendship, we must know and believe what He says on the subject. And the Holy Spirit has brought a text to my mind that, I think, captures the picture of friendship we intuitively have. That Scripture is Amos 3:3, which says "Can two walk together, except they be agreed?" (KJV). From this text, we can extract the following definition of friendship: two or more people going through life together, united by common agreement.
